Planned funds.
Our funds are in formation and none has been formed. Target sizes are targets, not forecasts, and any fund may be smaller, changed or not formed.
No track record as a firm.
Dark Ice Ventures is a new firm and has no track record as a firm. Its co-founder William Pohl III began managing investment funds in 2005; no results of the funds he ran before are shown on this site.

Its affiliate Dark Ice Management LLC plans to register with the SEC; Dark Ice Ventures LLC would then be a relying adviser under that registration. Dark Ice Ventures LLC, Dark Ice Management LLC and Dark Ice Capital LLC are subsidiaries of Dark Ice Global LLC.
